Our History
A&T Solutions was founded based on a vision by partners Mike Talley and Ron Anzalone who shared a love for construction and an entrepreneurial spirit. Neither are afraid to get their hands dirty and both have proven, well-developed leadership skills. Combined, the partners bring valuable experience in construction, management, and business operations that equals nearly three decades.
Recognizing a need for qualified commercial kitchen installers, they entered into partnerships with well-known distributors who rely on install experts to complete their project needs. With their core values and expertise in place Mike and Ron’s reputation as commercial kitchen installation specialists quickly spread putting them among the top in the industry.
During their second year of business the partners launched their home remodeling division. With such an extensive combined knowledge of the residential market, initial business plans included an expansion into residential remodeling to fully utilize their experience and skilled employees. They have made it their mission to provide their customer with value-added projects that will last them a lifetime.

Our employees complete rigorous 30-hour training (OSHA 30 Certified) required by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), but it doesn’t stop there.
